On our production website, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions only after you allow Analytics in Cookie Settings. Our successful-enquiry event distinguishes general and MAKEN forms after Formspree accepts the submission. That event does not include the name, email address, telephone number or message entered in the form. Its page address excludes query strings and fragments.

Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location and website interactions. Our current configuration disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals. Google Ads account linking does not mean that every visit or enquiry is a verified advertising conversion.

On our Webflow preview website, Google Analytics and CookieYes do not load. A separate Cookie Settings control remembers your Instagram preference in this browser. Instagram content connects to Meta only when enabled.

6. Cookie Consent Management

The production website uses CookieYes to present consent choices and remember them. Optional Analytics and Advertisement categories remain off until you choose them. Instagram embeds are controlled by the Advertisement category. You can reject optional categories and still view product information or send an enquiry.

Use Cookie Settings to change or withdraw a choice. Withdrawal stops future optional loading and measurement controlled by this website; it cannot recall information already sent to a provider. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies. The preview website uses its separate Instagram-only control.

7. Service Providers and Embedded Content

• Webflow: hosts and delivers this website and may process technical request information needed to operate and secure it. Webflow privacy information.
• Formspree: receives and processes the business details and message you submit, helps filter spam and delivers enquiries to us. General and MAKEN enquiries use separate forms. Formspree privacy information.
• CookieYes: manages production-site consent preferences and related consent records. CookieYes privacy information.
• Google: provides consent-controlled website analytics on production. Google privacy information.
• Instagram / Meta: receives technical information when you enable an Instagram embed or follow an Instagram link. Meta may use its own cookies and technologies under its policies. Instagram privacy information.
• Email and business-service providers: help us receive and respond to enquiries, provide quotations and fulfil agreed transactions.

Enquiry forms operate independently of optional analytics consent. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

The appropriate period depends on the information and the purpose. We manually review enquiry records at least every six months and delete closed enquiries when they are no longer needed. Active business records and records needed for contractual, accounting, tax or other legal purposes may be retained. This review cycle is not a fixed six-month retention period or an automatic deletion setting.

Enquiry copies may be held in Formspree and our email systems. Consent and analytics records are also subject to the relevant provider and account settings. You can contact us to request deletion or information about retention. Records that we are legally required to keep may be retained.
